Everything you need to know before & during your holiday in Tyrol

You want to know how you can travel directly to holiday bliss? It’s easy, we’ll tell you: book a stay at dasMAX directly on our website, save money with a bonus in the best case, pack your suitcase and then off you go to Seefeld. With us you will spend a carefree time-out from your arrival to your departure.

Check-in: 2pm – 10pm
(for arrivals after 3:00 p.m. the key will be deposited, you will find all information in the booking confirmation)
Check-out: 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Our reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – during this time you can pay your bill in cash, by EC or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard).

If you book up to 90 days before arrival, you will receive a 5% early booking bonus on the list price (Christmas, New Year’s Eve and deals excluded).

When booking directly on the official dasMAX website, all booking website users without exception receive the current daily best price even before all booking platforms and hotel search engines. The current daily best price fluctuates, of course, as it depends on supply and demand. However, on the dasMAX website, the best price offered is always at least -10% lower than the offer prices on other sites, booking engines, platforms, etc.

From your 4th stay at dasMAX, you will be one of our regular guests. As a thank you, you will receive a 5% discount on the list price (except for Christmas, New Year’s Eve and deals).

We recommend the use of the “Albrecht” car park behind the hotel (for a fee).

Everything can, nothing must. What is great pleasure for you? Perhaps a wonderfully rich breakfast, a delicious aperitif or coffee and cake in dasMAX Bistro? Or perhaps the full culinary programme in one of our Marcati restaurants? Whatever you feel like, enjoy yourself.

Our breakfast buffet is ready for you between 7:30 am – 10:30 am. If breakfast is not included in your reservation, you can also book it on site for € 25.00 per person and day. For children (7-14 years) breakfast costs € 15.00.

In our Marcati restaurants Seefelder Stube & La Trattoria in the centre of the village (200 m from the hotel) you get 10% discount on the total bill.

Whether on two legs or four paws, holidays at dasMAX are for everyone. You are welcome to bring your dog with you to Seefeld. For a small surcharge, we ensure that our four-legged guests also experience a first-class stay and prepare a cosy spot for your pet in your room.

We welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs. There is a charge of € 20.00 per night and dog. We prepare a dog blanket, food and water bowl as well as a small welcome treat for your four-legged friend.

Your dog is also welcome to join you for breakfast in the bistro.

Children over 3 years are considered as a regular extra person in the room (€ 40,00 per night).

We are happy to provide a baby cot free of charge – please let us know before arrival.

Good planning is the be-all and end-all, but we know: Unfortunately, something can come up. If you are already looking forward to your holiday at dasMAX, but then out of the blue something unexpected prevents you from starting your trip, please note our cancellation policy.

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
Except for bookings in the non-cancellable rate.

For Christmas/New Year’s Eve (22.12.-10.01.) and Carnival, a free cancellation period of 14 days applies.
Cancellations made after this period will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
