Kneipp hike
Kneipp hike

The circular route begins in the centre of Seefeld and is therefore very easy to reach. On the 7.6-kilometre-long route, a beautiful and well-known spot, the Seefelder Seekirchl, is taken right at the beginning. Afterwards, enthusiasts head to the Kneippplatzl "Lebensquelle" (spring of life). Kneipp not only strengthens the immune system, but is also a cool refreshment for hot summer days. After a short cool-down, we continue to the Apostle's Circle. The stone circle made of 12 - 23 tonne boulders from Tyrolean glaciers was set up in a certain constellation of stars and is thus a special place of power on the Kneipp hike. The subsequent path to the southern shore of the Wildsee finally leads to the large Seefeld Kneipp facility. Here you can Kneipp as much as you like before returning to the centre of the village. The ease of this route makes it possible to discover these special stations and learn more about Kneipp.
