Do you love dealing with guests, have relevant training or relevant professional experience and would describe yourself as an organizational talent? Then you could be just the right person for us!
Your tasks
=> Receiving and processing reservations and entering them into our reservation system
=> Processing of written reservation requests via the reservation assistant
=> Advising our guests on the phone and recording guest requests in the reservation system
=> Maintenance of guest and customer files
=> Maintenance of the booking systems in all relevant channels
=> Administration of rates and availabilities
=> Cooperation with reception and support of the reception team during the season
We offer you a (crisis) secure position on a permanent basis, a 5-day week and an above-average salary. Accommodation can also be provided if required.
