Hotel Lärchenhof | full-time | annual position possibleAre you passionate about the hotel industry and would you like to be the first point of contact for our guests in our hotel? Are you characterized by a warm and friendly manner, both in person and on the phone, and do you make our guests feel welcome in our hotel? You have experience with hotel programs (we use Protel) and English is not a red rag for you? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
Your main tasks:
– Implementation of check-in and check-out
– Rooming and house tours
– Advice and information for guests about all areas of the hotel and the surrounding area
– Acceptance of guest requests and complaint management (first level)
