Gaistal-Seebensee
Gaistal-Seebensee Bike Trail

Voted the most beautiful place in Tyrol in the programme "9 places, 9 treasures", it is no wonder that this cycle path is particularly popular. The route from the Salzbach car park to Seebensee is of medium difficulty, but its beauty can hardly be surpassed. The 400 metres in altitude are definitely worth it. The trail first leads through the idyllic Gaistal before it becomes steep and rough gravel towards the end to the mountain lake. If you want to discover another jewel of the Tyrolean mountains afterwards, you can set off on a short but steep walk. There, not only the Coburger Hütte awaits, but also the Drachensee, a small paradise in the middle of the mountains. While enjoying regional delicacies, you can look out over the crystal-clear lake and the surrounding mountains. The Zugspitze can also be seen from here, a wonderful view before heading back towards the valley. The route is not only suitable for mountain bikers, but also for e-bikers and helps the inexperienced with the motor on the steeper sections of the route.
