Kaiser Max Round
Kaiser Max Round cross-country skiing route

You will find one of the longest and most challenging cross-country skiing trails right in Seefeld, at least the start, because the trail itself leads you through almost the entire Leutasch valley. From the famous Seekirchl, through idyllic forest sections, to the small villages along the route, you will see a lot here. It is not only a cross-country skiing tour, but to a certain extent also a sightseeing tour of a different kind. The trail follows the route of the Kaiser-Maximilian-Volkslauf. The practically chosen starting point not only offers you a parking space in the immediate vicinity, but also changing rooms, toilets and showers at the Olympic pool. In addition, you can easily rent the necessary equipment on site. With over 650 metres in altitude and 60 kilometres in length, you should by no means underestimate this loop. But even experienced hikers need a break now and then, so there are plenty of places to stop along the way. Particularly recommended is the Wildmoosalm, where you will find delicious specialities.
