The circular trail to the three lakes in Seefeld leads not only runners but also Nordic walkers around the Möserer Höhe and the Brunschkopf. The trail, which is also suitable for a winter run, first leads past the Wildmoosalm and the Wildmoossee, down to the Lottensee. This can be used for a short cool-down on sunny and warm days and offers a great view of the upper Inn valley. The hilly second half of the run leads to Mösern and past the beautiful Möserer See lake. The third and last lake on this loop is also quite suitable for a short rest in between. The route then climbs up to Wildmoos. From there you have a fantastic view of the magnificent panorama of the Karwendel. The loop is rated as moderately difficult, but is also quite doable for beginners with short or longer breaks at the lakes and a longer running time due to slower speed.
