Our bike highlight: Mountain bike tour to the Wettersteinhütte & Wangalm

Starting point: Leutasch Salzbarch parking lot (P5) - the tour can also be started from the hotel with a drive from Seefeld into the Gaistal valley

Difficulty: Difficult

Sporty mountain bike tour with breathtaking views of the Wetterstein mountains. From Seefeld, the route leads along varied forest paths up to the Wettersteinhütte (1717 m). After a short breather, the route continues to the Wangalm (1751 m), which invites you to linger with its rustic atmosphere. The descent is along flowing gravel paths with a fantastic panorama.

Highlights on the route: Wettersteinhütte, Wangalm, spectacular views of the Seefeld plateau and Gaistal valley

Tip: The tour is more relaxed on an e-bike. Experienced bikers can choose more challenging trails for the descent

A real highlight for mountain bike fans awaits at the Katzenkopf: the Katzenkopf Bike Park. Both beginners and experienced riders will get their money’s worth on the varied trails and lines. Flowing curves, jumps and technical passages provide plenty of riding fun – and the modern chairlift takes bikers and bikes back up again in comfort. Perfect for anyone who wants to combine adrenaline and a nature experience.
