Mountain farmer Tyrol

The Berg Bauer company in Tyrol stands for sustainability and regionality with its products from producers from near-natural agriculture. Its catchment areas include the Kaiserwinkel on the Wilder Kaiser, the Zillertal and Alpbachtal as well as the area from the Montafon to the Bregenz Forest and the Hohe Tauern National Park. A particular concern is the preservation of small alpine dairies. To this end, they source their milk from small and medium-sized farms. Thanks to the tasty herbs on the alpine meadows, the milk from these cows is particularly high quality and of the best quality.

Baker Ruetz

The Ruetz bakery has been a family-run business since 1899 and is now in its fifth generation of guaranteeing fresh pastries and bread. The original family recipes are the basis for Ruetz bread specialties. Traditional starter doughs without additives combined with first-class craftsmanship make up the bread on our breakfast buffet.
Thanks to the proximity to the bakery, the rolls and bread are delivered to us fresh and still warm every day at the Lärchenhof, offering our guests the best quality and outstanding enjoyment.

Ferdi's apiary

Ferdinand Schot, a qualified beekeeper, and his girlfriend Ramona have put their heart and soul into turning their hobby into a profession. By pollinating their bees, they are able to give more back to nature than is taken from it. The processes on the farm are also designed to be as organic and ecological as possible. With a flight radius of 3 to 4 kilometers, it is also not unlikely that the honey comes directly from the beekeepers’ terrace – regionality at its best!

Novaro

The Novaro family has stood for excellent quality in olive oil production for decades. The family business from the port city of Imperia in Liguria on the Riviera di Ponente is not only one of our partners for high-quality olive oil, but the family itself is also a loyal regular guest at the Lärchenhof. A long-standing hunting friendship between Luigi Marcati and Giorgio Novaro has developed into a business relationship that we are very proud of today. Thanks to this excellent cooperation, the Lärchenhof, as an exclusive customer in Seefeld, can offer its guests the pleasure of this olive oil.

Mountain farmer in Leithen

The milk and yoghurt from the mountain farmer in Leithen comes directly from the green and lush meadows of the sunny Seefeld plateau. Only about 6 kilometers from the Lärchenhof, fresh mountain farm milk and yoghurt are produced here directly from the farmer. With a lot of love for animals, people and products, the mountain farmer produces a product here by hand that is tasty and of high quality thanks to the diverse Tyrolean herb meadows. So our guests can not only enjoy the delicious dairy products but, with a bit of luck, also walk past the cows at a safe distance.

Marcati hunting ground

With around 2,500 hectares of the hotel’s own hunting grounds in Reith bei Seefeld and an additional 1,100 hectares in Navis, the Lärchenhof serves “game ragout from our own hunt” once a week. We not only source our home-made ragout from there, but also our game ham, bratwurst and hard sausage for the Tyrolean buffet and breakfast buffet. Our hunters Benno and Gabor look after the stock and care for the game every day before it is cut up and prepared for cooking in our own butchery room. A delicious game stew could hardly be more regional.
