Dine by gently flickering candlelight, start the day with a balanced breakfast buffet, enjoy delicious snacks and homemade cakes for in-between meals and enjoy selected drops throughout the day.

Rich and regional breakfast buffet

The ideal start to your holiday in Seefeld is to go to our breakfast buffet, which fulfils every gourmet wish. From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. you can enjoy hot and cold specialities in buffet form at the zum Gourmet. Enjoy our rich, regional breakfast variety and fill your plates with delicious rolls and pastries, various jams and honey, cold cuts and cheese, fruit, muesli, freshly prepared egg dishes and many other delicacies. You can also help yourself to hot drinks and various fruit juices and water.

Hearty soup snack

For bookings of two nights or more, our hearty soup snack is included in your offer. Delicious, light and ideal for the small hunger at lunchtime. From 12:00 to 14:00 we serve you a daily changing but always delicious lunch soup with bread basket. In addition, you can expect a selection of cold snacks, a daily changing main course, spreads and crunchy salad.

Afternoon cake & coffee

If you have a sweet tooth in the afternoon, don’t worry – between 16:00 and 17:00, the Gourmet is transformed into a land of milk and honey for those with a sweet tooth. Help yourself to our delicious range of cakes, which changes daily, and let our sweet treats melt in your mouth. Various coffee and tea specialities round off your afternoon taste experience.

Dinner

Your holiday at zum Gourmet ends on a culinary high. From 19:00 to 20:30, our 4-course dinner with a large salad buffet and delicious dessert variations awaits you. Depending on your preference, you can choose between meat, fish and a vegetarian option for the main course. A real highlight is also our “Culinary Tuesday”, the evening when we pamper your taste buds with Austrian specialities. Your gourmet experience is rounded off with quality Austrian wines, draft beer or various non-alcoholic drinks.

Drinks

From a caffeine kick in between meals to an exquisite glass of wine, with our all-inclusive package you can enjoy non-alcoholic drinks as well as wines, beers and spirits from 11:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. Whatever you fancy, treat yourself to a refreshment to suit your taste. Coffee and tea with breakfast are of course also included in the all-inclusive package.

Experience a treat that will stay in your memory Our gourmet kitchen team conjures up exquisite dishes for you from morning to night using the best local produce. We personally check all our ingredients for the highest quality and process them into wonderful, newly interpreted, regional and seasonal dishes. Experience culinary flights of fancy in the cosy ambience of our restaurant, holiday after holiday. After all, we don't bear the name "zum Gourmet" for nothing. The fact that we always live up to our name is thanks to our excellent kitchen team, above all our head chef Stefan, who has been ensuring creative and delicious creations on our guests' plates for 20 years now.
