Sunny Alpine Huts

Sonnenalm am Gschwandtkopf

The Sonnenalm is located at an altitude of around 1,500 metres at the summit of the Gschwandtkopf, high above Seefeld. It is easily accessible via the ski lift — and in winter, of course, for skiers and ski tourers. The hut offers a large sun terrace with deckchairs, a rustic interior with an open fireplace and traditional Tyrolean delicacies such as Kaiserschmarrn and schnitzel. Perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the panoramic views.

Hochegg-Alm

Located in the heart of the Rosshütte ski resort, the Hochegg-Alm is a particularly atmospheric place to stop for refreshments. Spacious sun terraces offer magnificent views over the region, and after skiing you can enjoy typical Tyrolean home cooking in a cosy hut atmosphere. A perfect place for anyone who loves sunshine and winding down at the end of a day's skiing.

Panoramarestaurant Rosshütte

This hut at 1,760 metres belongs to the Rosshütte mountain railway and has a modern, glass-fronted design with a large sun terrace. Sunny afternoons are a particular highlight here: skiers, ski tourers and walkers enjoy the panoramic views over the Seefeld high plateau, the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountains. Ideal for a coffee break after skiing.
